REGISTRATION FEE REFUNDS - CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received in writing on or before December 31, 2012 are subject to a $50 handling fee. Cancellations received from January 1 to February 10, 2013 are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after February 10, 2013 or "no show" registrations are not eligible for any refund of registration fees.

NON-MEMBERS

If a non-member registrant becomes a member of the CHBA by April 30, 2013, $100 of the registration fee will be deducted from the national membership fee, upon request.
